Program Assistant

 Job Description        

This position coordinates the program activities funded by the Foundation and supports the development activities. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Implements Simple Gifts (end of life wishes), Music & Memory (Certification program using personalized playlists) and Integrative Therapies (Supportive Art/Aromatherapy). Works with LightBridge Hospice staff, volunteers, patients and families to implement programs. Trains volunteers and staff on programs. Downloads playlists and coordinates music delivery to the patients and trains volunteers for music delivery. Assists with two fundraisers and related activities/events. Provides administrative and organizational support for the operations of the Foundation. Coordinates social media. Manages donor database. Performs related tasks.

 

 Qualifications        

Associate’s degree minimum. Intermediate PC skills in Microsoft Outlook, spreadsheets, presentation software, word processing, and databases. Accurate basic mathematics skills. Ability to manage time, work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communications and organizational skills. Intermediate experience in Facebook and Instagram and other social media. Must have reliable transportation. Able to work effectively as part of a team.
