 Job Description        

Leads the development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and practices in support of the organization in the areas of recruitment and retention, employee benefits, compensation administration, HRIS, new hire, health and safety, professional development training, payroll, employee relations, employee activities, regulatory compliance, records management, and department budget oversight. Partners with managers on both strategic and tactical plans to support their programs. Evaluates and advises on the impact of long range planning of new programs/strategies and regulatory actions as those items impact the attraction, motivation, development and retention of the human capital of the organization. Maintains and advances technical tools (HRIS, applicant tracking management, online benefit information, employee self-service, etc) to ensure time efficiencies and accuracy of all data pertaining to employees and HR program.



Bachelorís Degree (MBA preferred) from an accredited college/university with 8+ years of executive level human resources management experience with a SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resources) preferred. Experience with Ultimate Software preferred. Proficient in Strategic HR practices such as change management, performance management, teaming, business partnering as well as solid HR Generalist skills such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits, training, project management, employment law and safety. Must be extremely organized, self-motivated, and capable of working in a rapidly changing environment with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management. Ability to maintain confidentiality at all time when dealing with personal matters.
