Volunteers needed to help with the Day-Of (April 28th) event as registration/check-in.
Check-In responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests.
- Ask for guest first and last name, and enter their name into Greater Giving software.
- Ask if the guest would like to keep a credit card on file (to streamline check-out).
- If yes, swipe their credit card or enter the numbers manually into Greater Giving software.
- Give guest their Luncheon Program and Bid Number.
Check-Out responsibilities include:
- Entering winning bid numbers and names of guests into Greater Giving software.
- Ask for the guest first and last name, confirm if there is a credit card on file.
- If yes, print out a receipt of purchases and have the guest sign it.
- If no, take their credit card information, print a receipt, and have the guest sign it.
