Pro Bono Administrative Coordinator

 Job Description        

SDVLP is seeking a full-time Pro Bono Administrative Coordinator to support its efforts in recruiting and engaging pro bono attorney volunteers and law students. Job duties and responsibilities include: • Respond to volunteer inquiries and coordinate with SDVLP Staff Attorneys to support placement of cases with pro bono attorneys • Support Pro Bono Manager’s efforts in developing and maintaining pro bono relationships with law firms, corporations, and law schools • Maintain database of pro bono program records, generate reports, and analyze data • Assist in managing SDVLP’s social media presence, including generating content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms • Assist in developing written and digital marketing materials and in maintaining and updating SDVLP’s website • Assist in organizing volunteer outreach, training, mentorship, and recognition events • Assist Staff Attorneys in coordinating pro bono attorney attendance at legal workshops and clinics.

 

 Qualifications        

Bachelor’s degree (marketing or communications preferred). Competitive candidates will also possess proven organizational skills, be proficient in MS Office Suite, content management systems (e.g. WordPress) and email and social media marketing platforms. Strong candidates will have experience with case management or similar database systems and in working with diverse, low-income populations.

 

 Additional Information        

The compensation range is $20-22 per hour, DOE. Fringe benefits include paid time off and holidays; accrued sick leave; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and a 401(k) retirement plan.
