Membership Associate

 Job Description        

Assist with the implementation of member acquisition and renewal strategies, including a dedicated upgrade effort. Generate regular reports to track acquisition, renewal, retention, and upgrade strategies to the management team. Utilizing Network For Good database to manage constituent lists for membership mailings, electronic communications, and invitations Oversee member services and fulfillment needs, including member inquiries and visitor services needs as they relate to members, donors, and audience cultivation. Manage the preparation and execution of membership gift acknowledgments and cards, renewal notices, other membership-related correspondence. Collaborate with Executive and Development staff on the onsite membership sales effort, with an emphasis on frontline sales and visitor data capture Acts as an executive office liaison with staff members and CBC Board of Trustees through scheduling and communications to maximize the effectiveness of executive team's time.

 

 Qualifications        

QUALIFICATIONS: -Bachelors Degree -Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills -Ability to think and work independently -Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks -Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills -Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Outlook, Excel) -Expertise in Network for Good software (or similar system) required -Ability to work some evening and weekend events -Passion for the Arts

 

 Additional Information        

The California Ballet Company (CBC) is seeking a digitally savvy membership associate to assist in various administrative and membership tasks. This person must be customer service focused, detail-oriented, and work quickly and efficiently. This position will also support the Executive Team with administrative and communication needs. A successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a positive demeanor, be proactive, and be a true team player.
