Oversees all aspects of special events for the organization including our three signature fundraising events generating $1.5M annually (Children's Charity Gala, A Short Walk Home, and Thanksgiving Day 5k), in addition to donor stewardship, community awareness, and third party events.
Meets or exceeds annual corporate fundraising goals, including, but not limited to, prospect identification, cultivation and solicitation of new corporate sponsorships, and stewardship and maintenance of current corporate sponsors for both specific events and gene
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business or English or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of experience leading corporate events.
At least 3 years of leadership experience to include training, performance management, counseling and retaining an engaged and accountable workforce.
Possesses the proven ability to communicate complex information both orally and verbally in an easily understood manner.
Intermediate user of MS Office.
Intermediate user of donor software.
