 Job Description        

Incorporated in 2006, the mission of the Dallas Pugh Foundation is to be a catalyst for and sponsor of innovative programs and services that support the mental health and well-being of youth and their families. Toward this end, the DPF has raised and distributed well over $1M. The Operations and Events coordinator is a three-day per week exempt position reporting to the President of the Board. A highly skilled fundraiser and administrator who is detailed-oriented and self-motivated, the OEC is responsible for coordinating the Foundationís administrative matters, leveraging the power of its donor data base, and collaborating with a highly engaged board to orchestrate successful fundraising events and activities. The OEC is the sole staff person for the organization which has previously operated successfully as an all-volunteer organization.  Qualifications        

Experience with donor data base management (ideally, Greater Giving), orchestrating special events for fundraising purposes, and general administrative management within a nonprofit setting.

 

 Additional Information        

This is a 3/day week exempt position. The OEC may work out of personal home office or at the offices of the Foundation, and must be on-site for events. Equipment (laptop computer), phone allowance, office supplies, and incidental costs approved in advance will be paid for by DPF. Salary: $38,000 - $43,500 depending upon experience Benefits: 12 days to be used flexibly for paid leave (vacation, holidays, sick days, etc.)
