Development Administrative Assistant

 Job Description        

This position provides a wide variety of skilled administrative and clerical support to the Development Department and the CEO in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities involve exposure to sensitive information and requires considerable use of tact, diplomacy, excellent communication, customer service, discretion and judgment. This position coordinates meetings; prepares agendas, maintains our database; researches/analyzes data and develops donation reports for use with management decision-making; follows up on projects and tasks within the Development Department. This position also assists the Development Team with fundraising and marketing efforts including social media and special events. Schedule: Full-time, M-F Salary: Starting at $15.00, based on Education and Experience.

 

 Qualifications        

Job Requirements: Associateís Degree required plus 1 year experience in a fast-paced business/office environment, Bachelorís Degree in Business or a field that develops excellent writing skills preferred, criminal background clearance, must receive a negative marijuana/drug screen.
