Advancement Coordinator

 Job Description        

The Advancement Coordinator plays a critical role within the Reality Changers Advancement team, which is focused on driving and supporting strategy for three key functions: fundraising, communications, and events. The Advancement Coordinator is responsible for supporting the overall operations of the team, with a focus on developing and implementing communications and public relations strategies to enhance and drive fundraising. The Advancement Coordinator will need to handle various donor and staff needs, requests, and general inquiries.



●Bachelorís Degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required. ●A minimum of three years of professional experience is required, with at least 1-2 years of experience in fundraising/development/communications. ●Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and email systems is required. ●Experience with e-Tapestry, Salesforce, or other fundraising software is preferred ●A valid driverís license or reliable transportation to and from Reality Changersí locations and related events.
