 Job Description        

Under the supervision of the Director of Development, the Annual Campaign & Gifts Manager will manage annual fundraising campaign infrastructure to ensure coordinated strategy, timeliness, and efficiency. This position oversees annual campaign efforts of the JCC and CJC, in coordination with the Director of Development. This position is primarily responsible for managing the build of all JCC and CJC annual campaigns and overseeing all donor gift entry to ensure that all cash, gifts, stock donations and pledges are accurately recorded in the database and reconciled with the finance department. This position manages the Tessitura database for data cleanliness and integrity, and supports all departments with development needs as it relates to donor information in the database. The Annual Campaign & Gifts Manager is an individual who is highly detail oriented who can learn a complex database and create and oversee policies and procedures regarding donor tracking.

 

 Qualifications        

1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fundraising or customer service. 2. Excellent writing and language skills. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft suite, including mail merge skills, and ability to learn new software systems with minimal supervision. 4. Knowledge of marketing and web-based promotion a plus. 5. Demonstrate excellence in customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 8. Adaptable and available to attend and help with special events as needed. 9. Strong data management and technical skills. 10. Quick decision making skills in high volume/stress times. 11. Highly detail oriented with a critical degree of accuracy regarding data entry and data integrity. 12. Excellent organizational skills. 13. Good problem-solving, decision making and analytical skills.
