Development Administrator

 Job Description        

Father Joe's Villages is one of America's most highly respected providers of comprehensive care to men, women and families in a transitional housing program.
This position is responsible for providing routine and complex administrative support to Development Officers. The Administrator will use a variety of software to create documents, reports, forms, correspondence, tables, budgets and other materials related to the Annual Fund, Planned Giving and other fund raising projects as appropriate. The Administrator will update and maintain constituent records, as required by Development Officers and other constituencies. She/he will also prepare internal and external correspondence and will assit Development Officers with donor asks and special appeal materials including layout, printing and proofreading as needed. The Administrator will organize and maintain electronic document and hard-copy filing systems. Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and collateral m



Desired Minimum Experience: two years of professional experience with Raiser’s Edge donor data base experience and demonstrated expertise.

Hours: Shifts vary. Monday – Friday (Alternate Saturdays/Overtime may be required)
