Professional Qualifications: • A Bachelors degree in the behavioral health field, public administration or other related field. Masters preferred. • CCAPP and CADRE Xl Certified • CPR and first aid certified. • Five or more year’s nonprofit management experience. • Strong and skilled in Women’s studies. • Proven experience in trauma and crisis intervention as well as experience in all forms of addiction, to include but not limited to eating disorders, bi-polar depression, PTSD. • Knowledge of 12 step recovery programs. • Solid, hands on budget management skills, including budget preparation, analyses, decision making and reporting. • Strong organizational abilities including planning, delegating, program development and task facilitation. • Ability to convey a vision of Crossroads strategic planning future to staff, volunteers and donors. • Knowledge of fundraising strategies and donor relations unique to nonprofit sector. • Skills to collaborate and motivate board members and other



We provide residential services in a safe and caring environment for women in San Diego County suffering from the disease of addiction. To facilitate this mission, we provide a comprehensive range of individualize high-quality services designed to help the women we serve The Executive Director is the key management leader of Crossroads. The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization. Other key duties include grant writing, fundraising, marketing and community outreach. The position reports directly to the Board of Directors.
