 Job Description        

Working with the entire EPIC team, the Program Support Specialist will provide administrative support and assist in the inputting of all program outcome data (including surveys), prepare reports and be responsible for monitoring files of client information for accuracy with the Program Director and Access JFS Manager. The position requires experience with Microsoft Office computer programs as well as desire to work in a team environment. The position reports to the Director of Community Services.



• Bachelor of Arts preferred with exceptional computer experience • Fluency in English, bilingual candidates (Spanish, Tagalog or Vietnamese) are preferred • Comfort working in an environment that has multiple languages spoken and a diverse service population. • Sensitivity to cultural differences present in the organization’s/ program’s service population • Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office • At least one year of experience working in an office support role to a team of staff • Prior experience in the non-profit sector preferred • Prior data input experience using Microsoft Excel or Efforts to Outcomes preferred • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to learn and utilize new computer applications • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals • Ability to analyze data and deal with complex problems involving several variables • Reliable, detail-oriented and initiates
