 Job Description        

You'll do that by: •Driving leadership awareness, commitment and accountability for the employee experience and diversity and inclusion. •Developing The Arc’s Employee Relations model and fostering cultural adoption through communication and training for managers and employees. •Proactively partnering with supervisors, managers, directors on a variety of issues such as: performance; behavior; policy interpretation; workplace conflict; Title VII items, and contingent worker concerns. •Providing a strategic view to successful issue resolution and broader risk mitigation; developing reporting and analytics of Employee Relations cases and trending in an effort to improve the employee work experience and performance. •Initiating and conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Investigating or overseeing investigation of complaints and issues, such as: working conditions, disciplinary actions, and employee and applicant appeals and grievances.



To apply, you need a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university (Masters' preferred), and at least 5 years of human resources management experience. A SPHR/SHRM-SCP certification and experience in configuring UltiPro are highly desired. You should be proficient in Strategic HR practices such as change management, performance management, teaming, business partnering as well as solid HR Generalist skills such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits, training, project management, employment law and safety.
