 Job Description        

Directs and coordinates all work activities of SYHC reception. Responsible for performing a variety of functions which involve the activities of the Reception, Appointments, Registration, X-rays and Laboratory.



Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Post High School Vocational or Specialized Training preferred. Certifications/Licenses: CA driverís license with appropriate insurance preferred. Experience: 3 years of experience as a receptionist required. 2 years working in the medical field preferred. Verbal and Written Skills to Perform the Job: Bilingual Spanish-English preferred. Must have good communication skills.


 Additional Information        

Experience with NextGen highly preferred.
