Emerging Practitioners in Philanthropy (EPIP), a project of Tides, is seeking part-time, temporary support to help strengthen chapter leader supports and training, while simultaneously assisting with the expansion and delivery of EPIPís professional development portfolio. As our chapters continue to grow and our professional development programming continues to evolve in alignment with our 2017-2021 strategic framework, the time has come to expand our team. This is a great opportunity for an individual who has an interest in community building and adult education. This position is remote and has the possibility of becoming full-time and/or permanent later this year.
This position reports to the Director of Programs and forms part of EPIPís growing Programmatic and Chapter Engagement team. In this position, you will work closely with the Director of Programs to identify areas for further Chapter Leader support and development while helping to identify and address knowledge gaps among E
Five or more years of experience in education program management and delivery, with preferred experience in the not-for-profit, philanthropic, or professional association industries.
Demonstrated knowledge and training around diversity, equity, inclusion, power, and access, and an ability to engage and support diverse professionals of all backgrounds (non-negotiable).
Strong project and people management skills with attention to detail, including the ability to coordinate workflow, establish priorities, meet deadlines and effectively balance competing demands.
A strong eye for detail and a knack for data management, coupled with familiarity with Google Products (Drive, Docs, etc.), Zoom, Salesforce, and Nationbuilder.
Demonstrated dedication to EPIPís values, particularly social justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
