 Job Description        

SUMMARY Responsible for assisting Program Manager in oversight of clinical services and clinical training in order to ensure that all therapeutic services for youth and their families in our programs are effective and efficient. Directly supervises Program Therapists, Youth Partners/Skills Trainers, Parent Partners, Admin Assistant, and Trainees as assigned. Assists with program Quality Assurance functions.† May perform direct service functions including carrying a small clinical and/or ICC/TFC Supervision caseload, providing crisis intervention, facilitating parent groups, and may be part of rotating on call schedule.† To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  Qualifications        

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Masterís Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or related field from an accredited university Must be a licensed clinician (MFT, LCSW, or PhD/PsyD) in the state of California Must be two years post-licensure and have met the necessary requirements to clinically supervise interns Valid California Driverís License, acceptable diving record, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in clinical training, management, and leadership Experience supervising staff and/or providing clinical supervision Knowledge of trauma, attachment, grief/loss, and foster care culture are a plus Experience with Positive Discipline, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, PCIT PRIDE Skills, Motivational Interviewing, Working with Youth 0-5 Training/experience in the area of children and families Knowledge of case management skills Competent at public speaking and training/supporting adults Ability to w
