 Job Description        

Manage investor-related inquiries.Assist with execution of campaigns,communications/marketing needs, mailings and email blasts. Assist with maintaining the accuracy of the JIT website.Assist with social media needs as needed.Assist with our annual Walk the Talk celebration and other events, including: set up of website- and other donor platforms; investor management; payment processing, reconciliation, correspondence, and sales reporting; event logistics; and surveys.Ensure accuracy of Investor files, QuickBooks records and bank deposits.Assist with Grant Tracking, oversight of Grant documents, and Sharepoint updates.Assist with additional Development Department functions and needs, such as prepping for site visits, presentations, board meetings, etc. and other assigned tasks as necessary to meet developing Development functions and needs, such as prepping for site visits, presentations, board meetings, etc. and other assigned tasks as necessary to meet Development needs.

 

 Qualifications        

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of related office experience • 2 years Salesforce experience, strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform. • Other Technical Skills: Creating and Maintaining Databases, Document Management, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, QuickBooks a plus • Superior interpersonal and writing skills
