Comprehensive knowledge of research and the ability to identify and align funding opportunities with complex programs; and working knowledge of federal, state and local affordable housing programs.

Education and License Requirements: Equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in business, communications, public administration, or a related field and three (3) years of proven experience in successful grant writing and demonstrated record in securing new funding opportunities and working with a collaborative team. Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid California Driver’s License by time of appointment.
SDHC works under a 9/80 Compressed Work Schedule, offices are closed every other Friday.
