 Job Description        

The Executive Director’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following key areas: • Organizational Leadership and Management • Fundraising & External Communications • Strategic Planning and Operational Oversight CONTACT FOR FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

 

 Qualifications        

Strong candidates will have a love for and commitment to Christ and a desire to share His gospel through FOBH. They will bring an entrepreneurial approach to fundraising and external relations as well as a proven track record of helping organizations expand their reach. Other desired qualifications include, but are not limited to: • A minimum of 3 years serving in a Director-level capacity is required, ideally in a Christian faith based non-profit organization; 5+ years Ministry experience is required; 5+ years Non-Profit experience is required; • Unwavering commitment to the mission of FOBH with demonstrated experiences related to discipleship and youth ministry; • Experience with fundraising, marketing communications, and strategic partnerships; • Experience growing ministries, non-profit organizations, or even businesses; CONTACT FOR FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

 

 Additional Information        

• Full-time position • This job will be performed at home, remotely. Currently staff and board is based in Kauai, Hawaii.
