 Job Description        

Job Requirements Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree, clinical degree or clinical license required. Certifications Required: Certification in Healthcare Compliance or in the process of achieving certification - must be achieved within the first 90 days of hire. Experience Required: Minimum of five (5) years’ previous experience in performing the duties in an Ethics Corporate Compliance Program, Quality Assurance; and/or Risk Management. Experience in training and PowerPoint presentations Knowledge of Investigative Techniques. Experience Preferred: • Direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution. • Five (5) years or more years in an audit, monitoring, and tracking environment. • Basic understanding of the San Diego PACE Program compliance requirements. • Working knowledge of the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) 330 Health Center Program requirements.



Position Summary Compliance Manager shall assist with the facilitation, implementation, oversight, and ongoing operation of the Corporate Compliance Department, reporting directly to the Chief Compliance Officer. Essential Functions of the Job: 1. The Compliance Manager will assists the Chief Compliance Officer to administer SYHC’s Compliance Program by implementing systems and processes designed to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and standards (e.g., Department of Health and Human Services Departments, including the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Office of the Inspector General (OIG). 2. The Compliance Manager will provide oversight to the PACE Compliance Program to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and standards. 3. The Compliance Manager assists senior management and governance boards in carrying out their respective roles and responsibilities by providing compliance monitoring, reporting, training and advice.
