Grant Implementation Developer ($60k)

The East County Education Alliance (ECEA) is the proud recipient of a $1.5M California College Promise Innovation grant to expand engagement efforts and encourage high school students to become college and career ready. Under the direct supervision of the ECEA Coordinator, the Grant Implementation Developer will lead the 24-month implementation activities and objectives related to fulfilling the requirements of the grant program. This includes, but is not limited to, the planning, organizing, and administration of the day-to-day operations of this grant, as related to the Higher Edge Promise Program.

 

 Qualifications        

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills ▪ Familiarity with higher education preferred ▪ Strong computer skills for communication, scheduling, tracking and reporting ▪ Knowledge of budgeting preparation and monitoring ▪ Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and good organizational skills ▪ Ability to work as a positive team member ▪ Ability to work collaboratively and independently with committee members, students, faculty, administration, consultants, and contract monitors
