 Job Description        

Ensures a high performance, customer service oriented work environment that supports achieving the MCCS and MAACís mission, strategic plan, goals and objectives; plans, organizes, controls, integrates and evaluates the work of assigned staff; in coordination with staff and other managers, develops, implements and monitors work plans to achieve goals and objectives; participates in the development of and monitors performance against the annual budget; supervises and participates in developing, implementing and evaluating plans, work processes, systems and procedures to achieve annual goals, objectives and work standards; trains and familiarizes staff to job requirements and expectations; conducts and/or attends internal staff and program meetings.



Bachelorís Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field with an emphasis in Business Administration AND five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience performing work in program administration in a Charter or public school setting that includes a minimum of three (3) years of successful management and supervisory experience Experience working with State and local educational institutions and effective school management practices Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and databases such as CDE DataQuest, CALPADS System Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking, reading, and writing highly desirable
