 Qualifications        

Under the direction of the Vice Chancellor Workforce & Organization Development, perform a variety of complex and responsible administrative support duties to relieve the administrator of administrative details.

This is a confidential employee position.

The Workforce & Organizational Development department includes Marketing and Communications, Community and Workforce Education, Information Systems, Research, Planning & Institutional Effectiveness, and the Foundation for Grossmont & Cuyamaca Colleges.

Salary: Step A: $57,091 or Step B: $59,945 annually

Additional Automatic Annual Step Increases are:
Step C: $62,942 Step D: $66,089 and Step E: $69,393
