ReStore Manager

 Job Description        

The ReStore Manager is responsible for the overall sales and profit performance of the ReStore. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff and volunteers effectively. Qualified individuals should have a proven track record of achievement in planning and maintaining work systems, procedures, and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of the ReStore. Must support and promote the mission of San Diego Habitat for Humanity to the highest standard of personal and professional integrity.



•A minimum of 3 years of experience working in all aspects of retail management •Construction and Home Improvement experience preferred •Must have demonstrated independent responsibility for retail store management with accomplished results •Ability to successfully perform the essential responsibilities of the position •Experience supervising staff required •Have a proven track record of exemplary customer service experience •BA or BS preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered •Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently •Ability to speak and understand Spanish a plus •Ability to continuously stand or walk for 8 hours per day •Ability to bend, reach, climb stairs and lift frequently •Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. •Ability to verbally communicate clearly in-person and on the telephone •Ability to type using a computer keyboard and visual acuity to view a computer monitor


 Additional Information
