Program Manager

 Job Description        

Integrated Employment (IE) Program Managers provide overall management of all aspects of the assigned Integrated Employment program, including direction, supervision and management of staff and participants. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Operational & Programmatic Management • Develop current, functional and age-appropriate curriculum for participant activities. • Develop and distribute data tracking sheets to staff. • Ensure completion and maintenance of programmatic forms, files, paperwork, etc. • Oversee reporting of wages for participants to SSA. • Prepare and distribute daily schedules for staff and participants. • Maintain participant attendance at or above 95% and 1:3 ratio. • Track and record participant progress toward achievement of goals and objectives. • Prepare and operate within annual budget, meeting or exceeding budget goals. • Respond to all requests, questions and issues in a timely manner. • Ensure program compliance with all policies, procedures and standards.

 

 Qualifications        

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field (Master’s Degree preferred). • Three years direct hands-on experience working with individuals with a variety of disabilities. • Experience with instructional strategies and developing natural supports, including state-of-the-art techniques. • Demonstrated ability to provide staff training, supervision and planning. • Personnel management experience (preferred). • Immediate access to a vehicle with working seat belts, valid driver’s license, current auto insurance and acceptable DMV record. • Ability to travel within and throughout the county and state. • Successful completion of drug screen, background check and physical evaluation. • Fluency in a foreign language (preferred).

 

 Additional Information
