Accounting Manager

 Job Description        

Record keeping including recording daily activities for the program.Submission of invoices on a monthly basis and ensuring the accuracy and sufficiency of the supporting documents.Submission of Budget adjustments to grantors as necessary.Closing of books on a monthly basis and submission of financial reports to grantors as per specifications of grants.Make sure all expenditures are in compliance with terms of grants.Supervising A/P and approve invoices and yearly F-1099 preparation.Preparing bi-weekly payroll and recording it.Assist with the yearly audit of the independent CPA.Other projects as assigned

 

 Qualifications        

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Admin with at least 3 years experience in Non-Profit Accounting.
