Accounting Coordinator

 Job Description        

A/P: set-up and maintenance of A/P files, perform year-end form 1099 reporting, coding and timely payment of invoices, A/R: Preparing customers/grantors invoices as well as medical billing, preparing and posting of bank deposits, ensure proper and timely billing, as well as timely collections from grantors, clients and insurances. Preparing month-end accruals, Bank reconciliation, Bi-weekly ADP payroll entry, Office administration and Misc. projects as assigned.

 

 Qualifications        

1. Experience: at least 1 years accounting experience 2. Proficient in Sage and Excel 3. Education: Associate Degree or higher 4. Detail-oriented, motivated professional able to wear many hats 5. Good written and oral communication skills
