Clinical Program Supervisor

 Job Description        

The Behavioral Health Clinical Program Manager assures that all services provided to Behavioral Health clients and families are being implemented through a client driven wellness and recovery model that is strength and outcome based, culturally relevant, and trauma informed. They will assist the Project Life Clinical Supervisor in managing the daily clinical and administrative oversight of the 24/7 hotline, intakes and client assignments, eligibility screenings, assessments, individual and family and therapy, crisis intervention, rehabilitation, case management services, and quality assurance. The Clinical Program Manager maintains a positive working relationship and works collaboratively with numerous human trafficking service providers, law enforcement, child welfare services, and the community to build upon the county wide response to human trafficking.

 

 Qualifications        

MA degree in social work, counseling, or psychology. Required state-licensed LCSW, LMFT and completion of required Clinical Supervision Certification per BBS. A minimum of two years post-licensure experience is required with a strong background in direct services and management . Hire is contingent upon passing pre-employment clearances, including criminal background checks, TB and drug test. California driver license and reliable transportation required.

 

 Additional Information        

Work Schedule Exempt Status- Full- time 40 hours per week Weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed Compensation and Benefits Salary commensurate with experience and education.
