 Job Description        

The Director of People & Culture is responsible for supporting the strategic success of PWI through the design, delivery and implementation of PWI’s People strategy. The position provides both strategic and operational expertise to the Board, CEO, Executive Leadership team, and employees on all people related matters including performance and talent management, organizational design and development, engagement, reward and recognition, HR Systems and reporting and change management.



HR Degree or Business degree PHR or SPHR certified (preferred) Previous experience of 5+ years in an HR Director and/or Manager role, with strategic and operational responsibility True generalist experience, with strong ER capability Deep understanding of best practice HR Experience designing and delivering organizational development initiatives Experience in employee recognition systems and Strong project and change management experience Outstanding facilitation and communication skills
