Facility Administrator

 Job Description        

It is the responsibility of the Administrator to supervise the daily management of Tiffany's Place; the agency's licensed STRTP facility for sex-trafficked girls, 12-17 years old. The Administrator is responsible to implement, evaluate and ensure consistent application of policy and procedure within the STRTP facility and is responsible for the quality and effectiveness of the treatment milieu. Essential duties and responsibilities include management of the following areas: Residential, HR, Food Service, Social Activities, Housekeeping, Facility and Transportation Maintenance, Marketing and Recruiting, and Risk Management.



A masters degree in behavioral science, plus 2 years employment as a social worker in an agency serving children; or a bachelor's degree plus 3 years administrative experience or supervisory experience over social work. Hire is contingent upon passing criminal background checks, TB test and possessing a valid California driver's license. Once hired applicant must be certified as an STRTP Administrator (ILS, Article 6, Sections 87064), First Aid Certified and Medication Management Certified.
