Residential Case Manager

 Job Description        

The Residential Case Manager works under the supervision of the QIDP/Administrator. They are responsible for the supervision of the House Manager and Direct Care Professionalsí performance. They will ensure Mission driven services are being delivered by providing training and ensuring quality of services while maintaining regulatory requirements. They are responsible for managing a two-house caseload.



Education & Experience: -High school diploma or GED required -Minimum 24 months experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities -Minimum 6 months supervisory experience and demonstrated leadership skills preferred. Certifications/Licenses: Current CPR and First Aid certification and valid California driverís license required.
