PLEASE VISIT SECONDCHANCEPROGRAM.ORG/CAREERS FOR FULL POSTING Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with the BHS contract SOW, programmatically and administratively. Supervise, guide, mentor and coach the Second Chance case managers in their clinical and case management support of program participants. Coordinate weekly treatment team meetings in collaboration with UCSD clinicians. Attend and fully participate in weekly court team meetings and sessions at SD Superior Court. Maintain ongoing contact and professional relationships with all participants. Submit weekly written summaries of their progress to the court team in an accurate and timely manner. Communicate with the court team regularly and whenever needed, via phone, text and email, regarding participant whereabouts, challenges and concerns. Communicate regularly with the BHS Contract Officer and other BHS, Second Chance and UCSD staff attached to the grant; submit all required reports in a timely fashion.



PLEASE VISIT SECONDCHANCEPROGRAM.ORG/CAREERS FOR FULL POSTING State-approved alcohol and drug counseling certification and at least three years of successful experience providing direct AOD or clinical counseling and/or case management At least two years of program management and staff supervision in a clinical, justice or nonprofit setting Familiarity with Drug-MediCal requirements, policies and procedures Education Required: Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in public health administration, a behavioral science, social work or a related field Preferred: California mental health professional license such as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC

PLEASE VISIT SECONDCHANCEPROGRAM.ORG/CAREERS FOR FULL POSTING The purpose of our Second Chance Reentry Court Program (RCP) is to provide comprehensive treatment and case management services to the non-violent offenders admitted into the program. Our program is funded by a multi-year grant from San Diego County Behavioral Health Services (BHS). The RCP Treatment Team includes Second Chance case managers and UCSD clinicians. The treatment group also is part of a larger collaborative court team that is led by a Superior Court Judge and includes representatives from the offices of the District Attorney, law enforcement, Probation, the Public Defender and Sheriff’s Department. The Program Manager is responsible for the operations of the treatment program and all elements of the Statement of Work in the BHS contract.
