 Job Description        

The Senior Director provides vision, direction, and accountability for all the human resources and organizational development functions in accordance with the policies and practices of AVID, the ethical and social consciences of business and society, and the laws, regulations, and administrative rulings of governmental organizations and other regulatory and advisory authorities and organizations. The Senior Director will also be responsible for the strategic human resource planning to provide the organization with the most talented people and to position the organization as the employer of choice.



Required: Bachelor’s degree in in Human Resources, Management, Organizational Development, or related field Minimum of 10 years’ experience in human resources and/or talent management, with a significant portion in a compelling leadership role for the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive talent management strategies and improving organizational results Successful record of effectively advising senior executive teams, leading a human resources team, and establishing high-performance human resource systems
