Nurse Manager Detox Program

 Job Description        

This position oversees the Recovery and Wellness Center (RWC) Withdrawal Management (Detox) program at Interfaith Community Services. This position will be responsible for program implementation, management, regulatory compliance, and staff supervision. This position is responsible for achieving client-centric program objectives and performance related outcomes, and serves as the Program Manager providing leadership, supervision and client care for a residential detox program ensuring the delivery of safe, quality client care in accordance with program policies and procedures and relevant laws and regulations. $80k-$85k annually DOE, Full-time, Benefits Eligible.

 

 Qualifications        

Must be currently licensed by the State of California as a Registered Nurse Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related filed required 3+ years nursing experience required 1+ years of experience in a supervisory role required Knowledge of alcohol and other drug recovery field preferred Experience working with detox clients, behavioral health, and homeless populations preferred Must have reliable transportation and possess and maintain a valid California driver's license, including proof of personal vehicle insurance coverage and insurability under the agency's insurance carrier's standards Must successfully pass a criminal background and exclusion/disbarment check Must successfully pass a pre-employment physical, tuberculosis test, and drug screen
