THP+ Program Manager

 Job Description        

Specific Responsibilities: Accountable to Director of Services. Responsible for the overall management of the THP Program to include staff supervision, coordination of apartment maintenance, coordination of meetings, and project documentation and reporting. Responsible for the coordination and implementation of furnishing apartments and moves for youth. Responsible for the development and maintenance of an integrated treatment approach for youth with co-occurring psychiatric and substance disorders and quality trauma informed youth services, including overall supervision of the contracted components.



Qualifications: License-eligible in marriage and family therapy or social work and registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences + 2 years of related experience; licensed preferred. Must be willing to develop or possess working knowledge of trauma-informed care and dual diagnosis treatment; experience working in trauma-informed and dual diagnosis programs preferred. Experience with supervision, training, and scheduling of staff; experience with youth and designing youth leadership systems, preferably in alcohol and/or drug treatment and/or residential settings. Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and creative planning skills. Must be able to pass clearance for working with Minors. Must have valid CA driverís license & proof of insurance. Must have ability to lift 25 pounds. Available to work some evenings, weekends & holidays.
