 Job Description        

This position will oversee the Recovery and Wellness Center (RWC) Withdrawal Management (Detox) program at Interfaith Community Services. This position will be responsible for program implementation, management, regulatory compliance, and staff supervision. This position is responsible for achieving client-centric program objectives and performance related outcomes, and serves as the Program Manager providing leadership, clinical and administrative supervision, and client care for a residential detox program, ensuring the delivery of safe, quality client care in accordance with program policies and procedures and relevant laws and regulations. $60k-$70k annually DOE, Full-time, Benefits Eligible.



• Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health or related filed required • Must be currently licensed by the State of California Board of Behavioral Sciences as a Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) • 2 + years of clinical experience working in Behavioral Health, Substance Use Disorder or Co-occurring Disorders programs that specialize in Medi-Cal contracts required • 1+ years of administrative supervisory experience required • Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders in a detox and/or residential setting preferred • Must successfully pass a criminal background and exclusion/disbarment check • Must successfully pass a pre-employment physical, tuberculosis test, and drug screen
