SDYS Job Announcement: Licensed Program Manager BridgeWays Program Status: Full-time, $65,000/year plus excellent benefits, including comprehensive health insurance coverage, wellness program and generous PTO plan. Specific Responsibilities: Accountable to Director of Services. Responsible for managing BridgeWays Program Services that consist of three distinct elements which include (1) Outpatient Clinical Services, (2) Field Supportive Services, and (3) Institutional Services and that offers coordinated services on a continuum of care through the three elements. Responsible for managing staff and maintaining the clinical integrity of program including oversight of the adherence to evidence-based interventions. Ensure staff remains well-trained and that clinical services are aligned with staff ability and expertise. Ensure overall program is adherent to the San Diego County Children, Youth and Families Behavioral Health Servicesí Medi-Cal requirements.



Qualifications: Licensed Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC by the state of California with a minimum of three (3) years, full-time direct clinical experience post masterís degree working with at risk and or justice involved youth and at least 2 years in a supervisory position. Must be in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences. Candidates who are License LPCC must be able to provide services to families or be willing to obtain education and experience to do so. Experience in crisis intervention, therapeutic group facilitation, documentation, curriculum maintenance/development, and case management. Must possess or be willing to develop working knowledge of trauma-informed care and dual diagnosis treatment; experience working in trauma-informed and dual diagnosis preferred. Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities, creativity, and public speaking preferred. Familiarity with juvenile justice and social service systems preferred.
