Contract Compliance and Data Management Coordinator

 Job Description        

Under the direct supervision of the Contract and Data Management Director & Department Director, the Contact Compliance Associate is responsible for providing a critical service which ensures that the Community receives quality services from SBCS. Duties will be in keeping with agency goals, objectives, and mission. Contract Compliance Administrators are responsible for working with the team in developing and meeting team goals and objectives. Principally, the Coordinator of Contract Compliance and Data Management shall be responsible in all aspects of contractual agreements to ensure compliance for all grants and contracts including special projects. The Coordinator is responsible to facilitate the development and implementation of team goals and objectives. He/she will ensure that the goals and objectives are met. The Coordinator’s role is to provide supervision, guidance and support to team members and to serve as a link to other teams and to the CDM Director.



Bachelor's degree from an accredited college with major course work in business administration, accounting, finance, data management, economics or a related field. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function, duties and preferably can also perform other tasks satisfactorily. Ability to perform complex analytical and problem solving. Ability to accurately perform mathematical computations. Ability to read, writes clearly with large volume of paperwork. Ability to effectively understand and clearly communicate verbally with others in person and on the telephone. Skill in the utilization of technology including computers, word processing, database and spreadsheet programs and general office equipment. Analyze data and comprehend contracts. teach problem solving skills and possess excellent communication skills. Possess initiative, ability to set goals, and prioritize. Ability to use tact, maturity and sound reasoning.
