o 7+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles in nonprofit organizations, with demonstrated capability in leading all financial functions (nonprofit accounting, 990s, audit, financial statements, and cash flow projections).
o Prior experience as a CFO or controller for a similarly sized organization.
o Bachelorís degree in accounting or closely related field of study. MBA and/or CPA preferred.
o Familiarity with the complexities of a multi-dimensional cultural institution a strong plus.
o Track record of success with managing systems, operations, and teams.
o Experience with QuickBooks.
o Demonstrated expertise in overseeing administration and operations functions including security and facilities management.
o Operational experience with earned revenue departments such as retail, admissions and ticketing, concessions/cafť, rentals and special events highly desirable.
o Proven experience applying analytics to institutional decision making.
