 Job Description        

Specific responsibilities: The Licensed Clinical Supervisor reports to the Director of Quality Management for day-to-day clinical oversight and operations. Responsible for the development and maintenance of an integrated treatment approach for youth with co-occurring mental health and substance disorders and quality trauma-informed youth and family services, including overall supervision of the contracted components. The clinical supervisor is responsible for providing clinical supervision for, program staff, clinical staff, trainees/interns, and volunteers. This position coordinates and monitors clinical oversight, training, supervision, quality assurance and quality improvement of documentation standards, relationships with placement universities, county partners, and other clinical administrative functions. Clinical Supervisor will work collaboratively with Program Managers and Directors of Service as part of Record Review and provide clinical oversight for assigned programs.



1. Understanding and commitment to agency Mission and Vision 2. Preferred master’s degree in Social Work, MFT or Psychology 3. Required California Clinical licensing: LCSW 4. Minimum of two years post-licensure experience 5. Must have taken the minimal CA required supervisor courses required to provide supervision 6. Have taken or is willing to take the AAMFT Approved Supervision courses and work toward being an Approved Supervisor 7. Preferred Bilingual 8. Preferred to have lived experience as a consumer of services 9. Specific knowledge and experience working with high-risk children, youth and their families
