Operations and Facilities Manager

 Job Description        

With supervision from the Chief Operating Officer (COO), manages the design, planning, and implementation for the operating infrastructure across CCS sites. Ensures internal systems support all contract mandates, including the development, implementation, and training of policies and procedures, in partnership with the leadership team. Serves as key point-person in coordinating the maintenance of CCS sites, including vendor procurement and management, supervises the Facilities Administrator, and provides project coordination for facilities improvements. Essential Functions: o Develops and recommends strategic facility management objectives. o Assist in preparation for external monitoring reviews and audits and participate as needed. o Manage, supervise, and implement logistics associated with agency vendor relations, including but not limited to, janitorial services, office supply vendors, IT/network, repairs & maintenance, VOIP system, and security.

 

 Qualifications        

Job Requirements: Education: o High School Diploma (GED Equivalent) and/or equivalent experience combination Experience: o Minimum of two years of project management oversight or services coordination o Minimum of three years of management experience/supervisory experience o Minimum of two years supporting IT/network and facilities maintenance services Preferred Skills: o Bilingual/Multilingual fluency of one or more languages (written and oral) o Experience in a nonprofit or crisis services work environment Core Competencies: o Excellent written and oral communication skills o Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications o Organized and detail oriented with the ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines o Ability to maintain a proactive approach and execute all duties in their entirety o Proactively adapt to always changing requirements and duties o Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

 

 Additional Information        

$55,000 Annual Salary M-F 8:30am -5:30pm Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401k Match FSA Paid time off Paid Holidays
