The Fiscal Director leads the fiscal department supporting EES programs.
•Accounting & Audits: Plans, develops, organizes, implements, directs and evaluates the organization's fiscal function and performance.
•Budgeting & Planning: Evaluates and advises on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action.
•Executive Management: Develops credibility for the finance group by aiding the Chief Executive Officer, President, the Board and other senior executives in performing their responsibilities.
•Eligibility & Enrollment: Work closely with the CCFP/CDD Eligibility Director in planning enrollment activities and compliance with applicable regulations.
•Information Technology & Human Resources & Insurance: Work with outside advisors to develop and maintain agency strategies and action items.
•Other duties and responsibilities needed to meet the immediate needs of EES.
Salary: Dependent commensurate with experience and education.

Required: Fingerprint Clearance, FBI and Child Abuse Index, Complete and pass physical, negative TB test, proof of pertussis and measles immunizations. Valid driver’s license and proof of current insurance. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; 10-15 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with Sage Accounting or similar accounting system.
Preferred: MBA/CPA preferred.
