|
Overseeing the daily operations of the office. Organizing and managing office and on-going volunteers. Coordinating and implementing weekly events and activities for ATPF including, but not limited to, managing RSVPs, making phone calls, interacting with representatives from event venues and ATPF Program Managers, securing, organizing and overseeing volunteers, and managing day-of set-up. Managing ATPF social media on a daily basis. Developing and executing ATPF e-newsletters twice per month. Creating a wide variety of reports, letters, emails and other materials as requested by ATPF leadership team.

Qualifications |

|
Bachelor’s degree in related field. Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency including but not limited use of Microsoft Office (Canva, Google Drive, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Dropbox, etc.). Intermediate to advanced knowledge and proficiency of Social Media Outlets including, but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Constant Contact, etc. High ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Excellent written, telephone and oral communication skills. Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations. Ability to work with people from, and within the context of, a variety of cultures in a respectful, culturally-sensitive manner. Ability to complete all tasks with a high degree of accuracy and in a manner to meet deadline and compliance requirements. Must be able to work remotely (if required) and on nights and weekends as needed.

Conducting internet-based research to support current and new programming/projects.
Assisting in tracking program information in Excel and other specialized database software, including special event registration (Greater Giving Software, Little Green Light Database). Providing back-up to and work closely with the Executive Director and the Director of Development. Scheduling and making necessary preparations for both internal and external meetings and events. Maintaining file and archive systems, ensuring proper storage of legal documents. Maintaining inventory and purchase of office supplies.
