We are looking for a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP). You will provide leadership and direction to a team providing care and training to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their own home. You ensure the house’s condition and a safe work and living environment, and act as a representative with internal and external partners. You will model person-centered support by facilitating a positive work environment, developing success strategies, and opportunities designed to promote a safe and meaningful life for all individuals receiving services.

| Qualifications |

|
|
What you’ll need to be successful:
Have one (1) or more years of supervisory experience
B.A. in associated subject matter
Have one (1) or more year(s) experience providing direct services to people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
Valid CA Driver’s License with clean driving record; Own transportation to multiple work sites
