 Job Description        

This position is responsible for administrative oversight of daily operations of Casa de Amparoís Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP). Must assure that personnel management and program service delivery occur within the organizationís policies, contractual obligations, and operating budget. Provide leadership and quality oversight to STRTP operations and direct supervision to STRTP Program Managers. May serve as the STRTP Administrator who is authorized and delegated by the Board of Directors to represent the facility and accept licensing reports. May serve as facility manager based on qualifications. May serve as the designated substitute when the Administrator is absent. Current California licensure as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist is required. Must meet BBS requirements to provide clinical supervision as needed.



Must be able to be associated with Casa de Amparo through Community Care Licensing (CCL), which typically includes clearance by FBI, DOJ and CACI. Masters degree in behavioral science or public administration and current licensure as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or Psychologist required. Minimum of 3 years full-time direct clinical experience post Masters degree working with children and adolescents and minimum 3-5 years experience with CWS programs or social service administration. 3 years experience supervising staff preferred. At least 3 semester units in working with minority populations or 6 months experience working with minority population or 6 months in-service training in working with minority populations within the first year of employment. Experience in foster care programming, complex trauma, parenting education, substance abuse and residential treatment preferred. Knowledge of developmental needs of children ages 0-18 years throughout the developmental stages. Knowle
