House Manager

 Job Description        

This position manages all aspects of Front of House (FOH) for all events, shows, and programming. Responsible for managing Head Ushers and Volunteer Ushers in the theaters, outdoor events, and as needed. Provides exceptional customer service for patrons and clients during Center related events, and responds to special requests from patrons and clients. Assists the Performing Arts team as needed.

 

 Qualifications        

Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a customer service management role. • Ability to supervise and direct activities of FOH teams. • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work including patrons, volunteers, and Center employees. •Experience in volunteer management.• Must be flexible to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays with the ability to work long hours or overtime as necessary.

 

 Additional Information
