 Job Description        

GENERAL PURPOSE Assist Clients in the various Programs to ensure stability and continuity of program as well as adherence to rules and safety. Compile records of daily activities of residents and keeps communication log with supervisor. Conduct periodic inspection of residence to ensure community safety and hygiene standards are being met. Over sight of and administers medication to clients. Stay visible and involved in the activities of the program. Perform nightly bed checks. Respond promptly to situations as they arise. The Mission assumes that the incumbent will serve as an advocate for the Mission, will support and defend our Mission Statement, Statement of Faith and Mission Values, and has a genuine desire to serve the Lord in the ministry of “rescue.” Education: High school diploma. Associate or Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Ministry or related field from an accredited institution a plus. Experience: Minimum 2 years full-time work experience with the homeless, substance abusers, mentally ill and/or dualy diagnosed. Nonprofit experience preferred.
