Bilingual Intensive Care Coordinator

 Job Description        

ICC’s will create and oversee a process of enhancing supports, building on strengths and meeting needs for referred children and their families, using the wraparound planning process, trauma informed care, and Children’s System of Care principles; ICC will partner with CWS, Probation, group home providers, and other local community agencies; Average caseload is 10 – 12. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.  Qualifications        

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Valid California Driver’s License • Master’s degree from an accredited university • Registered intern with the BBS in social work (LCSW), psychology (Ph.D.), or marriage and family therapy (MFT) in the state of California • Bilingual in English and Spanish • Must be highly organized, with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience working with SED youth PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: • Experience working with Child Welfare and Probation • Experience working in a wraparound program • Proficient in Anasazi (online medical records system) and MediCal billing requirements • Leadership, public speaking, or group therapy experience
