 Job Description        

Access Inc. a leader in non-profit currently hiring for a Full Time Case Manager. The Access Case Manager provides individual case management and re-engagement in secondary school for each client the case manager is responsible for providing clients with appropriate community resources and program development. Experience with WIOA a plus. The Case Manager directs and monitors youths’ participation in program activities, ensuring that each youth receives all services to which he or she is entitled, and those which the youth needs in order to accomplish goals of individual service plan (ISS) The Case Manager counsels youth to work toward achieving goal of high school graduation or GED, making an informed career choices, preparing for entry into a post-secondary training course, and assists youth to enroll in training. We are hiring for a specific region (Metro & South County ). Full-Time, Non-Exempt; Benefits Eligible, Pre-employment testing required: (Tuberculosis) TB. Drug test and LiveScan.



• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or at least two years of social work or related experience. • Some experience in case management, job development, or employment counseling. • History of Youth related work. • Excellent customer service with youth from different backgrounds required. • Excellent computer skills necessary. Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment.
