 Job Description        

Duties/Responsibilities: •Responsible to ensure assigned medical records comply with all State and County mandates regarding implementation NAI services; •Submits required documentation to NAI’s Quality Assurance department; •Participates in case consultation with the treatment team; •Will act as ICC (Intensive Case Coordinator) and perform all duties associated with ICC to ensure Pathways to Well-Being integrated and executed; •Remain available to assist with crisis assessment and intervention for NAI, as needed. •Other duties as assigned •Bilingual in Spanish Strongly Preferred *Salary: 57K-62K based on experience and language abilities



Educational Requirements: Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family counseling or other field of study that qualifies for licensure in the State of California. Licensure/Certification Requirements: Current California License REQUIRED . Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or a License Clinical Psychologist.

New Alternatives, Inc. started an intensive therapeutic program. Our licensed and unlicensed Clinicians will be providing individual, group and family therapy with children, youth and families who have recently interfaced with Child Welfare. Clinicians will work with Parent & Youth Partners in homes throughout San Diego County. The ultimate goal of the program will be to facilitate a child or youth's successful, permanent placement with identified biological parents, resource parents or relative caregivers.
